When your partner sends you a questionnaire, you can answer it quickly using CENTRL's Assessments Module. For example, your partner may have sent you a SIG Lite Questionnaire for you to answer and submit back. Using CENTRL's assessments module you can quickly answer your partner's questions, assign parts of a questionnaire to your team, and submit your answers back to your partner.

Navigating to a Questionnaire
From Partners Space
To begin answering a questionnaire, navigate to your partner's page and click on Assessments Tab on the top right.
From Active Assessments
Alternatively, you can click on the Assessments Module if you are subscribed to the Client Connect Module.
Navigate to the Assessments Module and click on Active Assessments tab as shown above.
You can also navigate to the Questionnaire from the email by clicking on the View Questionnaire button.
Answering a Question
Assessments on CENTRL's platform are composed of sections and questions. You have different views to list the sections and questions. When you open a Questionnaire for answering, the List View is shown by default.
You can click on individual questions to bring up the answering pane.
At the top of the answering pane, you can see the question your partner has asked you and the format of the answer. CENTRL's system support multiple answer types including Open Answer, Yes/No, Multiple Choice, Documents, and Tables. In order to answer the question, you can select or type in the appropriate response. All answers are saved automatically.
When you are ready you can move on to the next question by clicking on the Next button.

You can also expand the answering pane to full width by clicking on the Expand icon as shown above.
Within the Expanded view, Click on the Collapse icon to go back to the Detailed view.
Adding a Comment to an Answer
You can add an optional comment for each question by clicking on the comment box as shown above.
Answering Follow-up Questions
Certain questions trigger additional follow-up questions based on your initial answer. You can answer follow-up questions by clicking on the link next to your answer. There is a counter where you can view the total number of follow-ups.
When your partner has sent you a question with a table answer type, you can easily respond by modifying the table.

Downloading Reference Documents
Reference Documents are used to give context to a question or ask for an answer in a specific format. For example, in case of a Financial audit, sample Terms of Reference can be attached as a reference document when requesting a financial report from the answering partner. This will serve as a guideline and enhance efficiency in responding.
You can view and download the reference documents attached while answering a question as shown above.
When you are ready, you can submit answers back to your partner for them to review and evaluate. You can submit answers all at once or individually allowing you the flexibility to submit answers according to your company's policy. Generally, companies submit questions all at once for their partner to review. However, there are many use cases where you may want to submit questions individually, such as when completing assignments or responding to an audit.

Filters option at the top allow you to filter by multiple dimensions such as the status of a question or whether or not a question has been answered.
Alternatively, you can use the quick filters at the top to filter questions easily by status.
Note: When you open the questionnaire for answering, all the questions with Open status are filtered by default.
Tracking Your Progress
The progress bar at the bottom gives a quick overview of the questionnaire status and shows the total submitted and number of questions in Draft status.
When you begin answering an assessment, the total number of open (Not Started/Draft) questions appear at the top. When you are ready, you can submit answers back to your partner for them to review and evaluate.
When you submit questions back to your partner, the count of open questions will decrease and the count of submitted questions will increase. Click here to learn more about submitting questions back to your partner.
Tracking the Question History
The Question History will show information regarding any selected question. This feature is available when you are answering a questionnaire sent by your partner. With the help of this feature, you can view a complete audit trail of user activities at the question level.

Navigating to other modules
The Top Header includes the search bar and options to navigate to other screens.
You can click on the icon on the top left to navigate to other modules as shown above.
