CENTRL's platform has Module Driven Admin Capabilities in order to provide enhanced privileges to certain users. Capabilities allow for different permissions when managing CENTRL's different modules such as Documents, Assessments, DSAR and Issue Management.
Document Admin
Client Connect
Document Admins can see all Folders in their Primary Organization as long as they are not in a Draft state and archive Document Folders.
Document Admins also have the ability to access the following screens:
- Permissions Matrix
- Bulk Publish
- Manage Document Types
- File Library
Partner Connect / Vendor Connect
Document Admins can see all Folders in their Primary Organization as long as the received folder has the Private Permission disabled.
Document Admins also have the ability to access the following screens:
- Manage Checklists for Document Requests
Questionnaire Admin
Users with Questionnaire Admin capability have all the capabilities as the Questionnaire Owner for all Assessments in their Primary Organization. For Example, Questionnaire Admins can evaluate questions, assign questions, answer questions, and publish clarification questions.
Client Connect
Questionnaire Admins in Client Connect have all the capabilities as the Questionnaire Owner, which allows them to answer questions, assign questions, and view the entire questionnaire. Most notably, they can also submit back answers to the original sender of the Questionnaire.
Partner Connect / Vendor Connect
Questionnaire Admins also have the ability to access the following screens:
- Grading Scales
- Configure Properties for Assessments (Eg., Regulatory References)
Issue Management Admin
Users with Issue Management Admin capability have all the capabilities as the Issue Owner for all Issues in their Primary Organization.
Issue Admins can have the following capabilities for all Issues:
- Write Internal Comments
- Add Collaborators
- Collaborate Externally
- Publish Issues to their partners/vendors
- View and download Issues Reports.
DSAR Admin
DSAR Admins can view all the Requests within their division with the same abilities as the existing DSAR Owner. For example, a DSAR Admin can modify or access any Request as well as communicate with Data Subjects.
Broadcast
Users with Broadcast capability can send a notification to all their external partners that can help advertise company updates in a central place.
Enabling Admin Capabilities
1. Navigate to Users screen from the System Admin module.
2. Click on the User you wish to enable the capability for.
3. The Advanced Capabilities section lists the various Admin capabilities. Click on the checkbox to enable the capability.
Note: You can uncheck the box to disable the capability
4. Click on the Save Changes button to proceed.
