Viewing your Request History
The Request History allows data controllers to view all the activity regarding the selected Request. This feature provides a timeline showing all the user activities in reverse chronological order. The Request History will include the actions and the date for each activity.
1. Navigate to Data Subject Request from the DSRM module and click on your Active Request.
2. Click on the History tab.
You can see a complete audit trail of all user activities for the selected Request.
