You have the option to modify the Intake Survey user if required. Once modified, this new user will be the sole recipient of all future vendor intake surveys submitted by internal users in your company. Once the new user is selected, he/she will be notified and will be able to review the survey and assess the request.
Note: This feature is only available for questionnaires with the label "Intake Survey".
Changing the Intake Survey User
1. Navigate to the Manage Questionnaires screen from the Assessments module.
2. Click on the 3 dots and select Change Intake Survey User.
3. Click on the New User dropdown to select a new user and click on the Change button.
Note: The new user must be an existing user. You cannot add new users on the fly.
4. Once done, the new user will be deemed as the new default contact for the vendor intake survey.
Note: Once selected, the new user will be the default recipient of all future vendor intake surveys submitted by internal users in your company.
