CENTRL enables users to set equal weights for all sections of a questionnaire. It also enables users to reset weights for sections or questions and assign weights as per their requirement. This feature is useful for questionnaire creators to adjust the weightage of questions by assigning more weights to questions that are more critical and have a significant impact when assessing or evaluating the questionnaire.
Note: This feature is only available for the questionnaires using the Weights grading methodology For questionnaires using the Max Score grading methodology, the default scores will be zero and you can assign scores as per your requirement.

Navigating to your Questionnaire
1. Click on the Manage Questionnaires screen from the Assessments module and click on the questionnaire of your choosing.
The Reset Weights option will reset everything and each question will have a zero weight percentage. When you reset weights, you will be unable to save your changes d if your total weight is less than 100%. You have to re-adjust your weight total to proceed with the newly allocated weights.
Note: This feature is only available for the Weights Methodology
1. Click on the 3 dots and select Set Equal Weights option.
Note: This will reset the total weight as well as the individual question and section weights to 0%.
Set Equal Weights
The Set Equal Weights option will distribute the weights evenly across each section which will then distribute that percentage evenly to each question of each section.
Note: This feature is only available for the Weights Methodology.
1. To set equal weights, click on the 3 dots and select Set Equal Weights option.
2. Click on the Save button to save your changes.
Note: The total weight will be changed to 100% and all the individual sections and questions will be automatically get updated with the respective weight percentage.
