Reactivating a Deactivated Contact

System Administrators or Users who have the Add/Edit Partner permission have the ability to "Reactivate" a deactivated contact from the System Admin or Partner/Vendor Space module.

Reactivating a Contact 

From the System Admin Module

1. Navigate to the Contacts screen from the System Admin Module and filter the Deactivated contacts as shown below.

2. Click on the 3 dots and select Reactivate under the Action column to reactivate a contact. Once this is done, a success message will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming that the contact has been reactivated.

From the Partner Space Module

1. Navigate to the Partners Screen from the Partners Module. Click on the desired Partner from the list.

2. Navigate to the Contacts tab in the Profile screen and filter the deactivated contact as shown below.

3. Click on the 3 dots and select Reactivate under the Action column to reactivate a contact. Once this is done, a success message appears at the bottom of the screen confirming that the contact has been reactivated.

Note: Scroll to the right if the column is not immediately visible.
