Download All Files

The Download All Files feature allows you to download and review all the attached files, reference files as well as the survey itself.

Navigating to Active Survey

1. Navigate to the Data Inventory module and click on the Active Surveys screen as shown above.

Downloading All Files 

From Active Surveys

1. Click on the 3 dots and select Download All Files as shown above.

2. The Active Downloads widget will appear along with the status of the ongoing download.

Note: All the attached files, reference files, and the survey will be downloaded as a single zip file.

From Answer Screen

If you are a Client connect user responding to a survey, you can access this feature from within the Answer screen as shown below 

1. Within the Answer screen, click on the 3 dots and select Download All Files as shown above.

2. The Active Downloads widget will appear along with the status of the ongoing download.

Note: All the attached files, reference files, and the survey will be downloaded as a single zip file.

From the Overview Page

Alternatively, you can also view/download all the survey related files from the Overview page.

1. Click on the 3 dots and select Go to Overview as shown above. This will take you to the Overview page.

2. Within the Overview page, click on the All Files link as shown above. This will take you to the listing page where you can view/download all the Attached files as well as Reference files.

View and Download Attached Files

You have the ability to view and download all the files that were attached when answering the survey.

3. To view or download the Attached files, click on the Attached Files tab as shown above.

4. Click on the file name to view the attached file in the file viewer.

5. Within the File Viewer, you will be able to view files using the in-app viewer. For all the MS Office documents, you can view your document in the viewer as seen above.

6. You can download the individual file or download all the attached files associated with a survey. To download the attached file, click on the Download icon, next to the file name as shown above.

Note: For all the Non-MS Office files, you will not be able to view the attached file in our in-app viewer (Refer to screenshot below) However, you can access them by downloading the file(s) in order to view them in their native format.

Downloading Reference Files

You have the option to download the reference files attached to a survey. Reference Files are used to give context to a question or ask for an answer in a specific format. 

Note: When you click on the reference files, they will automatically start to download

1. Click on the Reference Files tab as shown above.

2. Click on the file name to download.

3. The Active Downloads widget will appear along with the status of the ongoing download at the bottom right of the screen.
