Documents Overview - Client Connect

The Documents module allows you to publish and receive documents.

As a Partner using the Client Connect module, the following features are available to you:

  • Upload documents: You can create a Document Folders containing one or multiple files. When creating a Document Folder, you can define the document type and frequency. Use the approval workflow for reviewing the documents.
  • Track and update Files: You can have a 360-degree view of a file across Document Folders, and partners. If needed, you can also update files across multiple Document Folders. 
  • Collaborate with internal members: Add comments for team members or view comments entered by your team on any document.
  • Publish and track usage: Publish Document Folders to one or more clients and track who has viewed the document.
