How do I change my company's logo?
In CENTRL, a user does not have the ability to change their company's logo. Our customer support team is responsible for assigning and changing logo's for an organization. A company goes through a thorough vetting process to ensure technological security. Once a company passes the vetting process, a logo will be uploaded and associated to your organization.

Why do my partners tell me that my company name shows as my email domain?
When a user registers with our platform, they are known by the email domain of the organization they are registered with. This indicates that the organization is "Unvetted". In order to make a company "Vetted", we at CENTRL undergo a thorough vetting process before a company is vetted. This includes verifying the identify of the organization, its users etc. Once your company is vetted, your partners will be able to view the name of your organization instead of your email domain. Also, a logo will be uploaded and associated to your organization.
