Folder Overview Page

The Folder Overview page displays the quick information for a Document Folder you either received or published.

Files Tab

  • The Files tab shows you all the Files inside the folder. To view a file click on the file name. To download a file click on the download icon. 

Internal Tab

  • The Internal tab allows you to collaborate internally on a Document Folder with members of your division or team. Type your internal comment and press enter to send. 

External Tab

  • The External tab allows you to collaborate externally on a Document Folder with your partners. Client Connect users will have a side menu to cycle between different partners.

History Tab

  • The History tab provides a full audit trail of activity relating to the Document Folder or files for both Client Connect and Partner Connect users.
