Release Notes Summary

Vendor360 / DD360 / BNM360 / Cyber360 / Assess360 / MSA360

CentrlGPT | Response360

This release brings Response360, the first-of-its-kind generative AI solution tailored specifically for responders of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other questionnaires. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technology, Response360 automates answering incoming questionnaires while continuously updating a central repository of your response content.

Please Note:

  • Assessment Responders: If interested, please get in touch with the CENTRL Account Manager or the team via client-relations@centrl.ai email.
  • Assessment Issuers: Feel free to refer us to your responders who you think will benefit from using R360. Please contact your Account Manager or the team via client-relations@centrl.ai email.

This transformative approach enhances efficiency and ensures high accuracy and consistency in responses by virtually eliminating traditional manual efforts that are susceptible to human error and often lead to inefficiencies.

Key functionalities:

  • Seamlessly digitize incoming questionnaires in various formats such as Word, PDF, and Excel, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
  • Automatically answer questionnaires with CENTRL’s Domain-Trained AI Model, accurately populating responses from your Answer Library and extracting precise answers from your documents (policies, reports, etc.).
  • Effortlessly maintain a centralized repository of your most current response content that can be shared across teams, leveraging AI automation for content maintenance.

CentrlGPT | Smart Response

We will also gradually introduce Smart Response to responders on our platform during our piloting stages and further expand broadly. Smart Response helps users automatically populate answers from all sources and offers the additional benefits below.

  • Generate highly accurate answers from previous assessments and documents (policies, reports, etc.).
  • Drastically reduces time spent on answering questionnaires.
  • Provides a complete audit trail of sources used to generate answers.

User Experience

Over the next year, CENTRL is working to upgrade the look and feel of our application both to improve the user experience and to streamline development so we can more quickly deliver enhancements. Many of these changes will be under the covers, but this release brings several obvious improvements.

  • We will update the look and feel of the left-hand navigation and overlay navigation (used in full screen) to a more modern look and feel. As part of this upgrade, we will separate our admin-only modules into a separate section.
    • Previously, to access Document Admin and Assessment Admin, users had to click a dropdown following either the Document or Assessment module.
  • We are refreshing the user profile dropdown to use more modern icons and improve the look and feel.

Platform / General Enhancements

  • The platform now supports maker-checker on Questionnaire approvals. With this, a user who creates or edits a questionnaire will not be able to approve it even if they have “Approval” permission. Instead, another user with approval permission will have to review and approve the questionnaire.
Please Note: This feature will not be available by default. If interested, please contact your Account Manager for more information.
  • Users who export the assessments will have the capability to view the audit logs from within a new audit tab available. This tab will show the same information as the assessment history on the UI.
  • There will be a new permission for scheduled assessments. Users with this permission enabled, will be able to edit plans / occurrences for all scheduled assessments within their organization (subject to other permissions).
  • On answering and evaluating a tooltip shows when users hover over a question in the table of contents. This was present in a previous release and is now back.

Note to Clients

We do not expect any downtime for users during this maintenance period.
