Assessment Module
This release brings several customer-driven enhancements to the Assessment Module including:
Bulk Evaluation
In response to customer feedback, we will update the Bulk Evaluation screens to include more information and actions:
- Add or remove question flags one at a time or in bulk.
- See when responses have issues, clarifications, comments, or flags.
Bulk Answering
Responders will have more flexibility when submitting assessments when using the Bulk Answering feature:
- Submit all assessments at once in bulk.
- Submit individual assessments directly from the Submit tab when using the bulk answering feature.
These options make it easier to manage large sets of assessments efficiently.
Mapped Currency Answers

To ensure data consistency, mapped currency fields will be restricted to their designated currency type.
- Users responding to assessments will no longer be able to modify the currency type.
Reporting Improvements
Assessment reports exported via Download All Files or Download Report will include the following additional fields:
- Evaluated By: Displays the email address of the assessment owner.
- Date Completed: Formatted as "yyyy-mm-dd."
- Period: Displays text information about the reporting period.
- Final Score: Displays text-based scoring details.
These new fields will provide greater transparency and detail for assessment reporting.
Duplicate Plans in Upcoming Assessments
To streamline the assessment planning process, users will have the option to duplicate plans in the Upcoming Assessments section.
- Duplication is available to users who are either the plan owner or have Write permissions for the plan.
Reporting
- Dashboards in the Analytics Module and Assessment Analysis dashboards will see in-dashboard filters move to the filters panel on the right.
Platform
We’re introducing several enhancements to improve platform functionality, permissions management, and usability. Here’s what’s new:
Issue Permissions
We will introduce a new Issue Delete permission, offering enhanced control over issue management. To delete an issue, users must meet one of the following criteria:
- Be an Issue Administrator
- Have the Issue Modify All permission
- Have the new Issue Delete permission
Note: This permission will be disabled by default. Administrators must enable it for users who require the ability to delete issues.
Partner File Permissions
Dedicated permissions will be introduced for managing partner files. This will offer more granular control. Here’s how the new permissions will work:
- Users with read access can continue viewing files as usual.
- Users will need specific write and delete permissions to add, edit, or delete partner files.
Note: These permissions will be enabled by default to align with existing partner edit access. Administrators can revoke these permissions to restrict file modifications for specific roles.
Other Platform Changes

Business unit lookup fields will support the Find action to quickly search for a specific business unit.
- As part of this update, the Business Unit table in System Admin will be updated to our modern enterprise tables with robust filtering and modern table actions.
CentrlGPT | Response360
Response360 is the first-of-its-kind generative AI solution tailored for responders of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other questionnaires. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technology, Response360 automates questionnaire responses and continuously updates a centralized repository of your response content. This transformative approach reduces manual errors, boosting overall efficiency and reliability in the response process.
Note: The Response360 solution is not available by default. If you are interested in this product, please get in touch with your account manager or support at support@oncentrl.com.
Response Management
Response360 users can access the Response Management Module where users can upload, answer, and manage all RFPs, DDQs, and other questionnaires received outside of the CENTRL platform. In this release, we will roll out the following features and enhancements:
- Enhanced response workflow: Users can mark questions as “Draft,” “Under Review,” or “Done” to track their status and ensure transparency among collaborators.
- Add questionnaire using Centrl template: Ability to add a new questionnaire to Centrl using Centrl’s standard questionnaire import template.
- Assignee enhancement: Users will be able to un-assign themself from questions that they have been assigned to for answering/reviewing.
- Section/Subsection/Question number: Value no longer needs to be unique. Previously, this value had to be unique so two questions in the same questionnaire could not have the same number.

Usability enhancements:
- Quickly navigate between questions in a questionnaire using the new “Previous” and “Next” buttons or keyboard shortcuts.
- When users open a questionnaire, the 1st question will be automatically selected and expanded.
Smart Response
Smart Response is a key feature of Response360 which uses Generative Al to automatically draft responses for questionnaires utilizing your relevant documents (policies, reports, etc.) and previous responses.
For users who have access to Response Management and Answer Library modules, Smart Response will additionally search the Answer Library to find semantic matches and populate the response verbatim when there’s a match.
In this release, we made additional improvements to Smart Response.
- Domain-specific AI: Enhanced comprehension of domain-specific content in the Financial Services industry to increase the accuracy of generated responses
- Smart Response on individual sections/subsections/questions: From the Response Management Module, users will be able to run Smart Response for individual sections/subsections/questions. Previously, we only supported running Smart Response on the full questionnaire.
- Smart Response on assigned questions: From the Response Management module, users who are an assignee on a questionnaire will be able to run Smart Response on their assigned questions.
Note to Clients
Our release will start at around 5 pm ET and will take approximately 1 hour to complete. Some application areas may experience reduced functionality for a brief period.
