Issue Owners for the sender and recipient of an issue can communicate with each other using the Q&A section. Modeling a Question and Answer format, messages can be nested within each other to have focused conversations on a question or clarifying assumptions.
Note: Issue Administrators can also communicate with their External Partners.
1. Navigate to your issue in the Issue Details screen.
2. Click on the Q&A link under the External tab as shown above.
3. Within the Q&A tab, you can add your question or comment in the text field and click on Send. An email notification will be sent to your Partner.
4. Your Partner can respond via the Q&A section and reply to the received question or comment.
