External Messaging for Issues

Issue Owners and Issue Recipients can communicate with each other using the Q&A section. Modeling a Question and Answer format, messages can be nested within each other to have focused conversations on a question or clarifying assumptions. 

Note: Issue Administrators can also communicate with their External Partners.

Steps to Communicating with External Partners

1. Navigate to the desired Partner and click into the Issues Screen. Then click on the Issue Name or Issue ID.

2. Click on the External Messages tab, and then click on the Q&A button, as shown below.

3. Within the Q&A button, you can add your question or comment in the text field and click on Send. An email notification will be sent to your Partner.

4. Your Partner can respond via the Q&A section and reply to the received question or comment.
