Downloading All Files Attached to an Assessment

Questionnaire Owners and Questionnaire Admins can download all the files associated with an Assessment. This feature will export a .zip of all the files that are uploaded to an assessment, any reference files, and the assessment question and answers in a .xlsx file.

Note: This feature is available for users who are answering and evaluating assessments.

Navigating to Active Assessments

1. Navigate to the Assessments Module and click on the Active Assessments Screen as shown below.

From Active Assessments

1. From the Active Assessments screen, click on the 3 dots for the intended assessment and select Download All Files as shown below.

2. In the Active Downloads Menu, you will receive a progress update informing you about the download process.

Note: The size of the download can influence how long the .zip file is generated and downloaded.

3. Once the download is complete, the .zip file will begin to download, and the Active Download Menu will change to Completed to indicate a successful download.Cropped.png

From Assessment Screen

Alternatively, you can also download all the files associated with an assessment directly from the assessment evaluation screen.

1. Within the assessment, click on the 3 dots and select Download All Files as shown below.

2.  In the Active Downloads menu, you will receive a progress update informing you about the download process.

Note: The size of the download can influence how long the .zip file is generated and received.

3. Once the download is complete, the .zip file will begin to download, and the Active Download Menu will change to Completed to indicate a successful download.

Note: The .zip file will begin downloading once the Download File link is selected. This .zip file will contain all files attached to the assessment, any reference files, and the assessment question and answers.

Navigating to Email

If you are accessing the platform off-site, you will also receive an email notification with a link to download the file. Please refer to the email you received and click on the provided link to access and download the .zip file, as shown below.
