Using our platform, you have the ability to communicate and collaborate with your external partner/vendor on the Assessment level. This can be helpful for communicating concerns and additional information specific to an assessment.

Navigating from Active Assessments
1. Navigate to the Active Assessments Screen. Click on the 3 dots under the 'Actions' column as shown below and select Go To Overview.
Note: Please scroll to the right of the screen if you don't see the 3 dots.
2. Click on the External Tab under the Overview Screen as shown below.
3. You can view the messages sent or received from your Partner. You can enter your message using the text box as shown below. Click Send Comment to send a new message to your Partner.
From the Unread Messages Column
Alternatively, you can view the External Messaging threads from the Unread Messages column.

1. You can add this optional column by clicking the gear icon as shown below and check-boxing the Unread Messages column.
2. Once added, you can click the hyperlinked number as shown below to be directly brought to the unread external message
3. Here, you can view the messages sent or received from your Partner. You can enter your message using the text box as shown below.
4. Click on the Send Message button to send a new message to your Partner as shown below.
