When you receive an assessment with pre-populated answers, answers can be changed and reverted as necessary. Furthermore, the pre-population source can be reviewed at the question level.

Changing a Pre-populated Answer
1. Navigate to the intended partner from the Partner Space, Assessments Screen, Active Assessments tab, and click on an assessment as shown below.
2. To change a pre-populated answer, click on an alternate answer option as shown below.
Revert Answer
3. Click on Revert to Pre-populated Answer, and the answer choice will be reverted back to the pre-populated answer choice.
Note: This will revert the changed answer to its pre-populated answer and remove any change made to the question, including the answer, document(s) attached, or comments.
Viewing the Pre-populated Answer source
1. Click on the i icon to view the pre-populated answer source as shown below.
Note: If you have access to the underlying assessment, then the assessment will be clickable. You will be taken to the source question in the original assessment.
