Release Notes Summary
Assess360 / Vendor360
- For open answer type questions, when reviewing “Compare Answers”, answers different from previous values will be highlighted (in Red and Green).
- Users will have the ability to make a copy of a questionnaire easily.
- Users will be able to publish multiple questionnaires to a single recipient at once.
- Users will be able to publish a questionnaire to multiple contacts at a partner.
- Users responding to an assessment will be able to modify answering permissions for other respondents on that assessment.
- Assessment “Preview” feature will allow users will to see what the respondents see, before sending the questionnaire.
- Users will be able to preview pre-populated answers at the time of publishing an assessment and decide which questions to pre-populate.
Privacy360
- CENTRL has released a DSRM Webform Editor. Please contact Professional Services to discuss how to add this feature to your account.
- Users can now add and verify a secondary email address on requests. This field can be used for integrations.
- In the Data Inventory, users will be able to add either internal or external contacts to systems and recipients.
- When adding a task, users will be able to lookup assignees by organization, email or name.
- Users will have the ability to see what surveys (system or process) have been imported to the data inventory.
- Users will be able to update Task and Request status without adding a new comment.
- Administrators managing DSRM will be able to remove extraneous privacy requests. Note, records will be recoverable for audit purposes.
- DSRM request owners will be notified via email when a data scan finishes.
Platform
- System Admins will be able to configure a user’s access to any partner/vendor from the partner/vendor administration screen. This will also be supported via bulk import.
- System Admins will be able to set custom as well as standard attributes for Business Units via bulk import.

- Enhanced dashboards and usability improvements.
