We are excited to introduce new features and enhancements for our upcoming release on June 23, 2020.
Application Downtime: We want to make you aware that for this release on June 23rd there will be a scheduled application downtime of approximately 2 hours from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm PST. During this downtime window, the CENTRL platform will be inaccessible as we have infrastructure upgrades taking place, which will require us to bring down the application. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Release Notes Summary
Assess360 / Vendor360
- For Enterprise Clients, users will be able to generate a detailed Word or PDF report from a predefined template to include Assessment, Issues, and Partner Data. This feature can be used when you have to generate an executive summary or a similar report after an assessment.
- Changes to Upcoming Assessments
- Users will be able to view upcoming assessments by Plan (A Plan is a set of occurrences scheduled together).
- Users will be able to bulk-edit upcoming assessments to change questionnaires or delete future occurrences.
- For pre-populated assessments, the evaluation grades or scores will be automatically pre-populated if the answer remains unchanged. This will reduce time in re-evaluating the response.
- CENTRL users will be able to add multiple grading scales at the question, sub-section, or section level. Allowing in essence to grade any of these on multiple dimensions (for example Control Effectiveness, Likelihood, or Impact). Please reach out to CENTRL Support to enable this feature for your organization.
Privacy360
- System Admins will be able to configure standard or custom attributes and values to better reflect their business needs. This change will apply to Data Elements, Systems, Processing Activities, and Requests.
- Data Inventory will support bulk system export from the application to make bulk changes offline and then re-import those changes.
- Privacy admins will be able to update available data subjects and data categories.
- CENTRL will release Multi-Factor-Authentication (MFA) as an upgrade add-on to secure the Consumer Portal. When enabled users will need a verified phone number and email address to access the Portal.
- Privacy users will be able to change the regulation on a request to correct when users improperly classify a request.
- Users will be able to update request-SLAs to apply tighter restrictions than regulations demand. Please reach out to CENTRL Support to enable this feature for your organization.
- Deleting systems will be streamlined to help customers quickly clean up their data inventory in seconds instead of minutes.
- Privacy users will be able to flag test requests to hide them from reports.
Platform
- CENTRL will support a Relationship data type. System Admins will be able to leverage Relationship fields to create associations between two different records. For example, a Relationship field could be created on Vendors or Partners to keep track of which internal business units have a legal contract with that third party.
- System Admins will be able to use a Global List to maintain a standardized list of values that may be associated with any dropdown field on any object.
Reporting
- Enhanced dashboards and usability improvements.
