Platform
We're introducing several enhancements to improve platform functionality and usability:
- Lookup filters respect permissions: When users have restricted access to partners, when they open a lookup field for partners or products and search for a specific record, they will only be able to see records they have access to. Note partner is commonly renamed to manager, vendor, or role. Product is commonly renamed to account or fund.
- Respond to clarifications one at a time: Users sometimes receive numerous clarifications and today need to add answers to each clarification before submitting answers back. Now users can respond to each clarification individually.
- Preview assessment instructions: When publishing assessments users can preview the instructions. The preview will populate any merge fields added to the instruction with the correct values.
- Configure due dates for auto-issues: The auto issue screen now supports setting a due date based on issue publish date. When selected, the due date is updated only after the Issue is published (based on the offset). Note: This feature is not enabled by default
- Simplify publishing occurrences: Previously users could not easily publish an occurrence that missed the auto-publish property. Now users can publish any occurrence immediately. Further, when editing an occurrence, setting the publish date to today enables an option to publish now.
- Field Dependencies on Files: Field dependencies let users filter dropdown options based on a driving field. When administrators set up field dependencies they can now add field dependencies rules for File fields.
- Bulk Downloading Assessment Files: Today users can Download Files from an Assessment to generate an archive for safekeeping. With bulk download users can easily create an archive across many assessments.
- Export Tables and Reports to Excel: Exporting to Excel will capture more meta data like the API name for the table or report, the user generating the report, the time of the export, and the formatting shown in the application.
- Set Default Publishing Time: When a user publishes or schedules an Assessment we set the time to midnight in the user timezone. This means users just one timezone off will see a different date in the application. We’re now letting administrators change the default due time (e.g 5pm) so almost all users will see the same due dates in our application.

Intelligence and Insights
We’re rolling out key enhancements to Generative Reports and Research Assistant.
- Expanded Sources: In the October 16th release, we expanded sources so users can select multiple partners or multiple products when generating a custom report or when chatting with the Research Assistant.
- Automatic Data Discovery in Research Assistant: Users no longer need to specify a source in Research Assistant. The product will automatically search for relevant data across the application to respond to queries.
- Include External Data in Research Assistant: A new option will let the Research Assistant search the web to gather external data to answer queries.

Response360 clients
Response360 is the first-of-its-kind generative AI solution tailored to help responders efficiently complete RFPs, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other questionnaires. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technology, Response360 automates questionnaire responses and continuously updates a centralized repository of your response content. This transformative approach reduces manual errors, boosting overall efficiency and reliability in the response process.
Research Assistant
A new module designed to help you and your team find answers faster by combining your internal data with external web insights.
- Interactive Chat: Ask questions in a chat interface and get answers from your internal data and the web.
- Leverage Internal Data: Pull insights from your Answer Library records and files stored in CENTRL.
- Ad-hoc Files: Upload new files on the fly to generate fresh insights.
- Web Search: Access relevant external information alongside your internal data.
- Full Chat History: Review previous threads and results anytime.
Note: the existing chat function has been renamed to Answering Assistant. In an upcoming release we will replace this with a more focused solution to help rewrite answers with user provided instructions.
Portal Assessments Module
Your centralized hub for managing and responding to all questionnaires received directly in CENTRL.
- Track Changes for Answers: See a full history of edits to the answer with redline highlights, making it easy to review updates made by others and collaborate.
Answer Library
Your single source of truth for response content – organized, fully searchable, and easy to update and manage with complete auditability.
- Semantic Search: Advanced search capability that lets you search by meaning, not just keywords.
- Inline images and tables: Add images and tables directly inside your answers for richer, more informative content.
- Bulk Import Enhancement: When bulk importing Q&As to the Answer Library, users can now choose which fields to update, giving them more control and precision over the import process.
External RFPs & DDQs Module
Your centralized hub for managing all questionnaires received outside of CENTRL.
- Selective Answer Library Updates: Choose which answers from a completed questionnaire should be added back to the Answer Library, giving you more control over your content.
- Inline images and tables: Add images and tables directly inside your answers for richer, more informative content.
- Track Changes for Answers: See a full history of edits to the answer with redline highlights, making it easy to review updates made by others and collaborate.
Smart Response
Smart Response, a core feature of Response360, leverages Generative AI to draft accurate questionnaire responses based on your organization's existing documentation, policies, and historical data.
- Verbatim Text Tag: AI-generated answers created using the “Verbatim Text” feature are now tagged, making it easy to distinguish them from other AI-generated responses.
