Adding Answers from an Assessment to the Answer Library

Guest Users have the ability to save the Answers they are submitting within an assessment to their Answer Library.

Adding New Answers to the Answer Library

1. Once you have uploaded all your answers to an assessment, click on the Submit button to complete the assessment.

2. Within the Submit Question(s) Window, the checkbox button to 'Add Questions and Answers to your Answer Library' will automatically be selected. You can unselect the checkbox button option to not add your responses to the Answer Library. Once reviewed, click on the Submit All to Partner button.

3. Once the assessment has been submitted back, Users can access the Answer Library Module, and view all their answers within a table view as shown below.

Please note: Answers may take some time to appear in the Answer Library after submitting an assessment.

Update Answers from the Answer Library

When users complete a repeated assessment from their partner, they will have the option to entirely or selectively update their Answer Library to have the most up-to-date answers.

1. Once you have uploaded all your answers to an assessment, click on the Submit button to complete the assessment.

2. Within the Submit Question(s) Window, click on the Submit All to Partner button.

3. Within the Update Answer Library (Optional) Window, you will have the option to update your Answer Library with the most recently submitted answers. To continue, click on the Update Now button.

4. Within the next window, you will be able to select all the questions you wish to update, or by sections or questions. Once you have selected the desired answers to update for the Answer Library, click on the Update Answer Library button as shown below.

Update from a Completed Assessment

Users will also have the option to update their Answer Library from previously completed assessments.

1. Navigate to the Assessments Module, Active Assessments Screen, and select an active assessment as shown below.

2. Within the assessment, click on the Review Screen and click on the Update Answer Library link as shown below.

3. Within the next window, you will be able to select all the questions you wish to update, or by sections or questions. Once you have selected the desired answers to update for the Answer Library, click on the Update Answer Library button as shown below.
