Submitting a Support Request

When you require platform assistance or have a workflow inquiry, you can contact our Support Team by navigating to our Help Center and submitting a support request. You can also do so when logged into the Platform.

Submit a Request

  1. Within the platform, click on your Profile icon and select the Help Center dropdown option, as shown below:

  2. Click the Submit a Request button on the CENTRL Help Center website, as shown below.

  3. You will be directed to the Submit a request Form, please fill out the mandatory fields indicated with a (*) and other fields if possible.

  4. Once you have filled out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page, as shown below.
