Table Views are available for select screens so that the users can configure columns, search and filter over attributes, and save their table changes. Below are the functionalities that can be performed:
Note: Table Views are currently only available on select screens. The article navigations are used for general referencing of any Table View Screen.
Users can create custom lists to focus on records that meet their criteria. Examples of these lists include creating a list for your requests only or lists filtered for specific subjects.

When you change the table by filtering, sorting, adjusting columns, or searching, you have the option to save the view by clicking on the Save View As button.

If the current view is custom, then you can either update the view directly Save View button or create a new view by clicking the Save View As option.

When adding a new view, you can set the visibility to you or your organization. Additionally, you may set your custom view as your default view. Click the Save button to finalize changes.
Note: Custom views created will be saved in the user's instance. This means if one user creates and saves a custom default view on their instance, it will not affect other users' instances. To learn how to create and manage Company Views, please see our full help article below:
Besides updating a view by changing the table settings, users can also edit a view to change the name or mark the view as the default view. The default view will load by default when you open this tab.
Please note that a standard view cannot be renamed.

Click on the dropdown arrow as shown below to see the list of saved views. Once here, click on the Pencil
icon next to the view that you wish to edit.

Users can rename the view and make it a default view by clicking on the checkbox button as shown below. Once you are done making changes, click Save button to proceed.

Click on the Gear
icon to configure the display columns or set the column density, as shown below.

Additionally, users have the option to change the table's density through the Gear
icon. Once the selection is done, click on the Save button to save the current view or click on the Save View As button to save this as a new view.
Note: You will be able to view and save select Assessment Attributes as additional columns to the Issues Module table.
Users have the option to delete a custom view that is no longer required.

Click on the dropdown arrow to see the list of views. Click on the Trash
icon as shown below to remove the view that isn't required.

In the Delete View window , click on the Yes button to proceed.
