When certain actions are performed, you can expect the relevant users and/or contacts to receive the respective notifications. These email notifications can be triggered within the system automatically or manually. Invitation: Assessment recipients who have no prior connection to CENTRL will receive an email notification to accept and start their assessment. Invitation reminders will also be sent automatically after 15 days of the original notification.

Successful Registration: Once a user completes registering their account, they will receive an email notifying them that their account was created successfully.

Incorrect Login or Lockout: Users will receive an email notifying them that the wrong login credentials were entered if the system doesn't recognize the credentials that were inputted. As a security measure, after a limited number of failed sign-in attempts, users will receive an email notifying them that a temporary lock has been placed on their account and the lock will be lifted on its own within 10 minutes.

Verify Email: To verify that a user has access to their company email and is still valid within their company, an email notification is sent out periodically to ask the user to validate their email address.

External messages can be sent from the Mail icon in the toolbar, the Assessments, Documents, and Issues Module.

New Messages: External messages sent from throughout the platform will trigger email notifications for the teammates and/or recipients tagged.

Assessment Publish: When publishing an assessment(s), the publisher will receive an email with a summary of the publishing activities.

Due Date Reminders: Email reminders are sent to all assessment recipients 2 days before the due date by default for all pending assessments.

Overdue Reminders: Past Due reminders are sent to the assessment recipients 2 days after the due date by default.

New Assessment: When an assessment is published, the recipient will receive an email to notify them that they have a new assessment. The publisher will also receive an email notification when the recipient has submitted their responses back for the assessment.

Added as Owner: Change of Assessment Owner will trigger an email notification to the new owner of the assignment.

Added as Recipient: Change of Assessment Recipient and adding additional recipients will trigger an email notification to all.

New Due Date: Change of Assessment due dates will send a notification to the Partner of their updated due date.

Assignment Emails: Assignments for answering/evaluating assessments will trigger email notifications to the assignees. Email notifications to Assignors will also be sent when the assignees have completed and submitted back their delegated questions/sections.

Clarification Requested and Returned: Publishing clarifying questions in an assessment will trigger an email for the assessment contact. The assessment owner will then receive an email notification when the assessment contact has submitted back responses for the clarifications.

Manual Reminder: Users have the option to manually send a reminder email for assessments to recipients.

Reopened or Revoked Questions: Assessment recipients will receive an email notification if assessment questions have been reopened or revoked.

Deleted: Assessment Owners can choose to notify the contact of an assessment that the assessment has been deleted.

Import Process: When importing offline answers to an assessment, the user will receive two emails to notify that the import process has started and when it has been completed.

Configured reminder(s) to contact: Selecting "Notify Contact" when scheduling assessments will trigger an email notification to the contact based on the time options chosen.

Configured reminder(s) to owner: Selecting "Notify Me" when scheduling assessments will trigger an email sent to the Questionnaire Owner based on the time options chosen.

On Publish: Auto-publishing will trigger an automatic notification to both the recipient and owner on the scheduled publish date.

Changes to key fields: Any changes to Upcoming Assessments such as editing publish due date, answering due date, or changing the recipients and owners, will trigger an email notification.

New Issue Published: An issue's external contact will receive an email when an issue has been published to them.

Added as Owner: Changing the issue Recipient and Owner will trigger email notifications for the new Recipient and Owner.

Can choose to send an email to the recipient to notify them that the issue Owner has been changed.

Added as Collaborator: Newly added internal collaborators will receive an email notifying them that they have been added as a Collaborator to an issue.

New Management Update: Issue Owners will receive an email notification when a Partner publishes a Management Update to a published issue.

Changes to key fields: Changes made to issue details such as editing the target completion date, issue status, or changing contacts and collaborators, will trigger an email notification.

Report Shared: If reports and dashboards are shared with other users, the recipients will receive an email notifying them that a report or dashboard has been shared with them.
Exporting particular reports and files from the platform will trigger emails that will notify users that a file has finished processing and is ready to download with a link to download the file. This is available for the following reports and files:
