How do I change my company's logo?

In our platform, a user cannot change their company's logo. Our customer support team is responsible for assigning and changing logos for an organization. A company goes through a thorough vetting process to ensure technological security. Once a company passes the vetting process, a logo will be uploaded and associated with your organization.

Why do my partners tell me that my company name shows as my email domain?

When a user registers with our platform, they are known by the email domain of the organization they are registered with. This indicates that the organization is "Unvetted". In order to make a company "Vetted", we undergo a thorough vetting process before a company is vetted. This includes verifying the identity of the organization, its users, etc. Once your company is vetted, your partners will be able to view the name of your organization instead of your email domain. Also, a logo will be uploaded and associated with your organization.
