Email Delivery Failure Notification

If an email cannot be successfully delivered when publishing entities such as assessment and issues to responder contacts, our platform will automatically send an Email Delivery Failure notification to the publishing user. This lets publishers know that the published entity did not reach its recipient either because the recipient's email address is not valid or the recipient's email server is down.

Note: In the event of a soft bounce (temporary delivery issue), the platform will retry sending the published entity.

Viewing Email Delivery Failure Notifications

  1. Publishers, will receive an email notification as shown below when an email fails to deliver to the recipient.

  2. Additionally, a similar notification is accessible from the Inbox Module under the Alerts tab as shown below.

    Please Note: This notification is only sent to the user who published the assessment.
