Bulk-Submitting Assessments

Users can bulk-submit multiple assessments from the same questionnaire. This feature saves time by giving users a one-click-submit ability after answering their assessments in bulk.

Users can either submit all assessments in bulk or submit individual assessments directly from the Submit tab when using the bulk answering feature.

Note: Bulk Assessments are specific to the user that created the questionnaire stack. Your colleagues will be unable to view or collaborate on your bulk assessments.

Navigating to Bulk Assessment

From the Portal Assessments Module, navigate to the Bulk Assessments tab , and click on the intended bulk assessment as shown below.

Submit All Assessments in Bulk

  1. When all questions for the assessments have been answered and are ready to be submitted, navigate to the Submit tab , and click on the Submit All Assessments button as shown below.

  2. A Submit Modal will appear. Click the Submit button to confirm, as shown below.

Submit Individual Assessments from the Submit Tab

  1. Within the Submit tab, navigate to the intended assessments you would like to submit and click the Submit Assessment button as shown below.

  2. A Submit Modal will appear. Click the Submit button to confirm, as shown below.
