Sharing Assessments with Team

When joining an existing Team Managed account, your Assessment records will remain private by default. While Team Managed accounts have administrators and Assessment permissions like View All, these permissions do not extend to private Assessments. Private Assessments can only be viewed by you until you choose to share the Assessment with the team. This process makes sharing data easier once joining a team explicitly.

Sharing Assessments

  1. Locate an Assessment that requires sharing and click on the 3 dots icon as indicated below. Select the Share Assessment option.

  2. Click on the Toggle switch to share the Assessment with the team.

Bulk Sharing Assessments

To share multiple assessments in bulk, please take the steps below:

  1. Click on the Bulk Actions icon and select the Bulk Share Assessment Option.

  2. Click the checkbox(s) next to the desired Assessments to select them and click the Bulk Share Assessment(s) button to proceed.

  3. Click on the Toggle switch to share the Assessment(s) with the team.
