Auto Answering: Selecting from Past Assessments

To answer new assessments, users can leverage past assessments to fill assessments by utilizing the Autofill from Past Assessments option.

Navigating to an Active Assessment

Navigate to the Portal Assessments Module, Active Assessments screen, and select an active assessment as shown below.

Autofill from Past Assessments

  1. From the Auto Answering column, click on the Select button within the Import Answers box. If this column is not currently visible, click on the Auto Answering button.

  2. In the Select Import Window, select either the Import from a PDF file or Import from a XLSX file link.
  3. In the Import from a File window, click on the Portal Assessment button.

  4. In the Select Assessment Window, use the checkbox(s) to choose previously answered assessment(s) as a source for Smart Response to generate answers. Click the Autofill button to confirm, as shown below.

  5. From the Autofill Completed window, you can review the Autofill log by clicking the Review Autofill Log link. Once finished, click Close to exit out of the window to review results.
