Skills let you give your AI agents standardized, reusable instructions so they behave consistently every time they're used. Think of an agent as a recipe: a Skill is one repeatable technique — like a preferred tone of voice, a formatting standard, or a document template — that can be reused across many agents instead of being re-typed into every agent's instructions.
Note: You need the Create Agent or Manage All Agent permission to view and manage Skills.
