Before you finish a questionnaire, you can open the Review screen to see every question and your saved answers on a single page. Use it to check your work for accuracy and completeness before you complete or export the questionnaire.
Opening the Review screen
From the questionnaire screen in Response Management, click Review.
You can open the Review screen at any point before the questionnaire is completed.
What's on the Review screen
At the top of the screen, you'll see the questionnaire's details:
- Questionnaire name
- Partner
- Product
- Number of questions
- Due date
- Last updated date and time
Reviewing your sections and questions
The Review screen lists every section, question, and your most recently saved answer on a single scrollable page.
Use Expand/Collapse on an individual section, or Expand All / Collapse All to open or close every section at once.
For each question, the Review screen shows:
- The question number and full question text
- The answer type (if the question has been answered)
- The full answer text (if answered) — answers longer than 20 rows scroll within their own box, so the page layout stays consistent
- Whether the question has attachments
- Whether the question has notes
- Whether the question has comments, and how many
Working with comments
Click the comment indicator on any question to open the Comments panel without leaving the Review screen. You can add, edit, and delete comments from here the same way you would on the questionnaire screen.
Comparing and editing answers
From any question on the Review screen, you can:
- Click Compare Answer to open the Compare Answer view for that question.
- Click Edit Answer to return to the questionnaire screen with that question opened for editing.
Note: Edit Answer only appears for questions you have permission to edit. If you have View All/Read All access, you'll still see every question and answer on the Review screen, but you'll only be able to edit the questions assigned to you.
Good to know
- The Review screen is read-only. You can't edit, complete, or take other questionnaire actions from this screen — use Edit Answer to make a change.
- Existing questionnaire functionality is unchanged; Review is an additional screen, not a replacement for the questionnaire view.
FAQs
Can I complete or submit my questionnaire from the Review screen?
No. The Review screen is read-only. Use Edit Answer to return to the questionnaire and make changes, then complete the questionnaire from there.
Where did the Edit Questionnaire link go?
It's now in the overflow menu (•••) next to Review.
Why don't I see Edit Answer on every question?
Edit Answer only appears for the questions you have permission to edit, even if you can view every question on the questionnaire.
Can I still see comments if the panel is closed?
Yes. Each question shows an indicator with the number of comments, so you can tell at a glance which questions have comments without opening the panel.
