Answering Follow up Questions

Certain questions trigger additional follow-up questions based on your initial answer. You can answer follow-up questions by clicking on the link next to your answer.  There is a counter where you can view the total number of follow-ups.

1. Select an answer to your follow-up question as shown above. 

Note: You can add answers based on the answer type, set by the Survey creator. The answer type options available are: 

  • Yes, No or NA
  • Multiple Choice (Select One)
  • Multiple Choice (Select all that apply)
  • Open answer
  • Table format
  • Other
