When a guest user joins a subscribed organization, the guest user will have the option to export their Answer Library to ensure that all previously saved answers from previous questionnaires can be exported and imported to their new organization.

Exporting Guest Library
1. Navigate to the Answer Library Module, click the 3 dots icon, and select Export Guest Library as shown below.
2. In the Exporting Table Data Window, click on the Export button to finalize your exported Guest Library. You will receive an email notification with a link to download the file.
3. Click on the Download File button.
Note: The exported Guest Library will be in an .XLSX format.
Importing Guest Library
Once a guest user has downloaded and reviewed their exported Guest Library, they can then import those answers into the Answer Library.
1. From the Answer Library screen, click on the Add New Q&A dropdown, and select Bulk Import as shown below.
2. From the Download Template window, click Next to proceed.
3. Drag and drop or click the box to select a file from your computer as shown below.

4. Click Next to proceed.
5. If there are any structural errors in your data you will see them here, otherwise, you can review the data that has been read from your upload and staged for import. Click Import to initiate the import process.
7. At this stage, the import has begun and will resume in the background. You will receive an email notification confirming that the process is in progress, and you will receive another when it is completed. You can copy the link to the log for this import, so that you may view the results later. Click Close to return to the Answer Library.
