You can make updates to your profile information from the My Profile Screen at any time. You can update your personal information such as your name and title, set a default landing page, select a time zone, and more.

Navigating to My Profile
1. Click on your Profile icon and in the dropdown, click on Profile to bring up the My Profile Screen.
2. Inside the My Profile page, you can update your personal information such as your first name, last name, and title. Click on Update Profile Settings to confirm.
Selecting a Time Zone
Users have the option to change their time zone depending on their location and business. Once users save the setting, the time zone change will be reflected on all screens within the application.
This is particularly useful for users who operate in time zones different from that of their organization. For these users, setting their profile time zone will ensure that deadlines and other dates show in the correct time zone, whether for assessments and surveys, email reminders, or any other part of the application.
1. Go to the Localization tab and select the time zone as shown below. Click on the Update Profile Settings button to save the settings.
Note: By default, the time zone is set to (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).
Change Password
Users can update their password by setting a new one if needed. To do this, click on Change Password and set a new password.

Set your Home Page
Users have the option to set their default landing page. This feature allows you to select a starting page when you log in to CENTRL. As a result, you save time by automatically navigating to your most-used page every time you log in.
1. To get started, click on the dropdown and select the module you wish to begin with. Select the page within the module to set as your default landing Page.
2. Click on Update Profile Settings to save the settings.
Invite CENTRL Support
This feature gives you the option to invite our CENTRL Support team into your organization. This gives CENTRL Support permission to access your data to troubleshoot any issues. To learn more, please see our full help article below:
1. Click on the Invite CENTRL Support link; CENTRL's support team will be invited to your organization to help resolve any issues you may have.
Note: You can also click on Remove CENTRL Support at any time.
Uploading a Profile Picture
You have the option to upload a profile picture if desired.
1. Click on the Upload Profile Picture link. Then, you can select an image file from your computer and update your profile picture.
