As a customer of CENTRL, you have the option to invite our CENTRL Support team into your organization. This feature may be useful when assistance is required and you would like CENTRL's team to resolve a problem or help set up a feature.
For example, our team could:
- Set up your organization structure
- Walk you through adding internal users
- Assist you in setting up workflows
This feature can be turned on and off at your discretion. Only System Administrators within your organization will have access to activating /deactivating the feature. We will not make any changes to your organization or data without your prior permission.
Note: We take confidentiality very seriously and we'll never disclose private information. We will not make any changes to your organization or data without your prior permission. We also have strict controls in place to ensure high levels of security when accessing your organization.
Inviting CENTRL Support
From System Admin
1. Navigate to the User screen from the System Admin module.
Note: You must have the System Administrator capability to be able to access this feature.
2. To invite CENTRL's team to your company, click on the Invite CENTRL Support link as shown above. CENTRL's support can now help set up your company or resolve any issues that require access to your data.
From "My Profile"
Alternatively, you have the option to invite CENTRL Support from the "My Profile" screen.
1. Click on the dropdown next to your name.
2. Inside the dropdown, click on My Profile in order to bring up the My Profile page.
3. Click on the Invite CENTRL Support link as shown above.
Removing CENTRL Support
From System Admin
1. Navigate to the User screen within the System Admin module.
Note: You must have the System Administrator capability to be able to access this feature.
2. To remove CENTRL support, click on Remove CENTRL Support and our team will no longer have access.
From "My Profile"
Alternatively, you have the option to remove CENTRL Support from the "My Profile" screen.
1. Click on the dropdown next to your name.
2. Inside the dropdown, click on My Profile in order to bring up the "My Profile" screen.
3. Click on the Remove CENTRL Support link to remove access to our Support team.
