As a part of Response360, users can utilize the Answer Library Module to create and manage question-and-answer (Q&A) entries. These Q&A entries can be edited manually at any time and managed through a series of verification statuses. When automatically answering a questionnaire record with Smart Response, existing Q&A entries that are detected to be a match will be prioritized. Furthermore, as subsequent questionnaire records are answered, more Q&A entries are added to progressively expand your Answer Library.
