When you receive an Issue from your Partner, you can view, manage and update issues from the Issues Screen. Once you have navigated to your issue, the Issue Details screen will display the details of the issue and other knowledgeable information such as its Severity, Status, Assessment Source (if any), and more.
Navigating to Issues
1. You can click on any received Issue name or Issue ID as shown above to view and respond to the received issue by navigating inside the desired Partner and moving to the Issues Screen next to the Assessments Screen on the top right of the page.
Here, you can view a summary of received issues where you can view the assessments, Partner, and Product to which the issue is associated with along with the Received Date for each.
Using Search and Filters
1. You have the option to search and/or filter issues by multiple dimensions such as by Product attributes, by Partner attributes, Status and more.

Sorting Issues Columns
You have the option to sort issues from the Issues screen by the due date, status, issue ID.
1. Click on the Sort icon next to any column to sort that specific column.
2. Click and hold the multi-line icon as shown above to drag and drop the column in your desired location.
