CENTRL users have the option to have their password reset or change their password for their accounts by using our password recovery tool.
Note: If you are attempting to reset your password after 3 failed attempts, your account will be locked out for 10 minutes from the last login attempt for security reasons as per CENTRL's Account Lockout Policy. For more information on our account lockout policy, please see our following help article below:
Tip: In case you are having trouble remembering your password, we suggest resetting your password before the third login attempt to avoid being locked out for 10 minutes.
Steps to Reset Password
If you forget your password or would like to change your password, you can request to have it reset.
1. To reset your password, visit https://web.oncentrl.com/#/login. Once on the Login Screen, click on the Forgot Password button.
2. Enter the email address that you used to register your account and click on the Send reset link button.
3. From the email you received, click on the Reset Password button to proceed.
Note: The Reset Password link is valid for 24 hours but you can access the link only once.
Please be sure to check your Spam Folder in case you are unable to find this email in your inbox. It is also recommended to have your internal IT team check to ensure that all of the advised applications, email configurations, and URLs are whitelisted since some company firewalls, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and/or Endpoint Protection (EP) might block its usage. In the case that you are still unable to locate the Reset Password email after following the suggestions above, please feel free to reach out to CENTRL Support by submitting a support request.
4. Alternatively, if you have been invited to the platform but haven't registered your account yet, you will receive an email alerting you of the same. From the email, click on the Register button to complete your registration.
If you are not a registered user and have not been invited to the platform, then please contact your company administrator.

5. From the Reset Password Screen, enter your new password and click on the Reset Password button to save.
