When completing a questionnaire in the External RFPs & DDQs Module, users will have the option to update their Answer Library. This can be a convenient way to update the Answer Library without having to manually add new Q&A entries into the Answer Library from the Answer Library Module.

Then, click on the name of the questionnaire and complete the questionnaire:

Once all answers have been provided, click the Complete button as shown below.

In the Complete Questionnaire Window, enter a date in the Date Submitted to Partner dropdown and an optional message in the Message to Collaborators box. Click the Complete button to confirm.
Note: The questionnaire will move to a Completed status and can no longer be amended until reopened.

In the optional Update Answer Library Window, click the Update Now button.

Select the Q&A entries you wish to update within the Answer Library by clicking on the associated checkbox(s). Once finished, click the Update Answer Library Button.
For Questionnaires with multiple sections, users may find it useful to collapse different sections for better visibility.
To collapse a single row, click on the dropdown arrow located in a section row to reveal or hide all questions as displayed below.Alternatively, to collapse all section rows, click on the Collapse All Rows button.
