Response360 users can utilize the External RFPs & DDQs Module to digitize questionnaires from various formats such as Word, PDF, and Excel. Once imported, questionnaires can be edited by permitted users.
Users with the External RFPs & DDQs Write permission can create and modify new questionnaire records. Users with the External RFPs & DDQs Read, Write, View All, and/or Modify All permissions enabled can view and/or edit questionnaires.
Note: Users can only edit Questionnaires in an In Progress status.

This article covers the following topics:
1. Navigate to the External RFPs & DDQs Module and click on the name of the In Progress questionnaire you intend to edit, as shown below.
2. Alternatively, click on the 3 dots icon in the Actions column and select the View Questionnaire option.
1. From the Answering Screen, click on the Edit Questionnaire button as shown below.

2. Click on the Section/Subsection/Question you would like to make edits to.
3. Make the desired edits to the Question ID and/or Question text on the right-hand side.
4. You can change the question's answer type to either Yes/No, Single Select, Multi Select, Open Text or Table. Once done, click Save to update the question.
5. Click on an Add Row dropdown as shown below to add Sections, Subsections, and Questions.
6. Alternatively, click on the 3 dots icon on the right-hand side and select the Add (Object) Above or Add (Object) Below option.
7. Enter the required fields and click on Add to save the new object.
8. Click on the More dropdown then the Arrange Questions link.
9. Drag and drop the 6 dots icon icon of the desired Section/Subsection/Question to move it.

10. Once done, click Save Arrangement to update the questionnaire.
11. Click on the 3 dots icon on the right-hand side of the desired Section/Subsection/Question and select Delete.
12. Alternatively, users can bulk-delete Sections/Subsections/Questions by clicking on the checkbox buttones of the rows that need to be removed. Once you have selected all of the relevant items, click on the Delete link to proceed.
13. From the Delete Window, click Continue to confirm the deletion.
