Table Views are available for select screens so that the users can configure columns, search and filter attributes, and save their table changes. Users also have the option to hover over Assessment or Partner Names from select screens to quickly view details without leaving their current screen.

This article covers the following screens available for Quick View:

Navigate to the Active Assessments screen from the Assessments Module. Under the Name column, hover your cursor over an assessment without clicking.

A will populate next to your cursor including details of the Assessment such as Partner Name, Product, number of Pending, In Review, and Evaluated questions, number of clarifications, and number of new unread messages.
Each detailed row in the Quick View window will be shown in blue hyperlinks so that users are directed to the respective area when clicked. For example, clicking the hyperlinked number of Evaluated questions as shown above will bring you into the Active Assessment, automatically filtering for the Evaluated questions.
Similar to the Active Assessments screen, Users with view/add Partner access can hover over a Partner Name to quickly view details of that Partner such as their status, Primary Contact, Product(s), number of Open Assessments and number of Issues.

Click on any detailed row with a hyperlink to be brought to the full details. In this example, click on the number of Open Assessments for the desired Partner.

Once clicked, the system will bring you to the Active Assessments screen within the Partners Module under the Active Assessments screen of the Partner selected.
