Currently, users on the platform can export any active assessment in Excel or PDF format to answer offline. Users can also use the assessment export option to create offline records, share results more widely within their organizations, and quickly reuse answers.
Note: Issues must be responded to and answered from the platform as they are not part of the export template. Responding to issues is currently not supported for answering offline.

Exporting an Assessment
1. Navigate to the Assessment Module, the Active Assessments Screen, select the 3 dots in the Actions column, hover over the Export option, and select the file format you wish to export the assessment, as shown below.
2. Alternatively, in the Assessment Answering Screen, click on 3 dots hover over the Export option, and select the file format you wish to export the assessment, as shown below.
3. Select the individual question(s) you intend to export using the checkbox(s) as shown below.
Note: You can optionally select all questions with the top checkbox or by section using the section checkbox.
4. Click on the dropdown field to select your desired export file type if you wish to change it.
Please Note: Currently, only PDF and .xlsx file types are supported for export.
5. Once selected, click Export to confirm your selection, as shown below.
6. In the Email All Files Window, click the Export button to finalize your exported questionnaire. You will receive an email notification with a link to download the file.
Please Note: For multiple-choice questions, the maximum number of answer options available in an export is 250. Any options more than 250 will not be shown in the export and must be selected in the UI.
7. Navigate to your email and open the email titled: Your file is ready to download. Click on Download File.
Viewing Exported Audit Log
After exporting your desired file type for the assessment, you can view the Audit Log table, which captures all the actions done to the assessment in the UI(User Interface) up to when the export was exported.
Viewing in Excel
1. Within the Excel File, click on the Audit tab, as shown below.
Viewing in PDF
2. Within the PDF file, the Audit Log table will be on the last page of the PDF file exported.
Importing Offline Answers

Export an Assessment In Word Format
Users on the Client Connect portal can export assessments in a DOCX format for offline review. This export provides an organized overview of assessment and respondent data.
Please Note: Exporting an assessment in this format is not intended for offline answering and reimporting.
