When you receive an Issue from your Partner, you can view, manage and update issues from the Issues Screen. Once you have navigated to your issue, the Issue Details screen will display the details of the issue and other knowledgeable information such as its Severity, Status, Assessment Source (if any), and more.

Guest Users
1. In the Partner Data Screen, navigate to the desired Partner's page as shown below.
2. Click on the Issues Screen and click on the Issue Name or Issue ID.
Subscribed Users
1. If you are a subscribed user, you can navigate to the Issues Module. Here, you can click on the Issue Name or ID to view the details.
Viewing Issues Details
Within the Issue, you can view the Issue's Information and Description. You can also navigate through the Issue Details tab, External/Internal Messages tab, and History Tab.
