This feature is available in the Partner Connect module.
The Configuration feature is only available to Questionnaire Administrators and enables them to configure and gain access to relevant regulatory references. The regulatory references is a field you can set for each question in edit mode and will be shown in Evaluation.
It is useful for questionnaires like the SIG where users are running Assessments in order to meet compliance for some regulatory standards (like COBIT for example). However for certain questionnaires, the regulatory reference field will not apply.
Configuring the Regulatory References
1. To configure the settings for Regulatory references, navigate to Assessments and click on Admin.
2. Click on Configuration
where Questionnaire Administrator can enable or disable the regulatory references.
Note: All the already added regulatory references will be removed from Questionnaires in "Draft status"
Adding a Regulatory Reference
1. To get started, navigate to Manage Questionnaires and click on the Questionnaire which you wish to add regulatory reference(s) to.
2. Click on the specific Question and click on Add Regulatory Reference(s).
3. Choose the regulatory reference from the list by clicking on + to expand and make your selection to attach references. Click on Save to proceed.
