The Questionnaire Overview page displays the information for a Questionnaire you either received or published.
1. To go to the Overview page, navigate to the Assessments module and click on the Active Assessments tab.
2. Click on the questionnaire you would like to view and then click on Go To Overview as shown below.
3. The Questionnaire Overview page enables you to quickly glance over details associated with your questionnaire. It also enables the user to also view the "Assignment Statuses" for a particular questionnaire.
- The Status tab shows the assignment status of whether a question is Open, Answered, Published Back, or pending Clarification. You can view each one by clicking on the box.
- The Internal tab allows you to collaborate internally on a questionnaire with members of your division or team. Type your internal comment and press enter to send.
- The External tab allows you to collaborate externally on a questionnaire with your partners. To learn more about external communication for assessments, click here.
- The History tab provides a full audit trail of activity relating to the questionnaire for both Client Connect and Partner Connect users.
