The Questionnaire Overview page displays the information for a Questionnaire you either received or published.
Navigating to Overview Page
1. Navigate to Active Assessments tab from the Assessments module and click on the Questionnaire
2. Click on the 3 dots and click on the Go to Overview link. You will be taken to the Overview page.
3. The Questionnaire Overview page enables you to quickly glance over details associated with your questionnaire. It also enables you to view the "Assignment Statuses" for a particular questionnaire.
Questionnaire Overview Page Tabs
- The Status tab shows the assignment status of whether a question is Open, Answered, Published Back, or pending Clarification. You can view each one by clicking on the box.
- The Internal tab allows you to collaborate internally on a questionnaire with members of your division or team. Type your internal comment and press enter to send.
- The External tab allows you to collaborate externally on a questionnaire with your partners. Client Connect users will have a side menu to cycle between different partners.
- The History tab provides a full audit trail of activity relating to the questionnaire for both Client Connect and Partner Connect users.
