Response Management Permissions

As a part of Response360, users must be configured with specific Role Access by System Administrators in order to access and manage the Response Management Module

The Role Access matrix provided below allows System Administrators to set permissions for roles. Please see our full help article below for more information on creating and modifying roles:

Setting Response Management Permissions

  • Read: Users can access the Response Management Module.
  • Write: Users can create and manage their questionnaire records in the Response Management Module.
  • View All: Users can view all applicable questionnaire records in the Response Management Module.
  • Modify All: Users can view and manage all applicable questionnaire records in the Response Management Module.
  • Smart Response: Users can run Smart Response on any applicable active questionnaire.

Note: If a user does not at least have the Read permission for Response Management, they cannot access the Response Management Module.
