When you publish an issue to your Partner, they can respond by sending Management Updates. You will receive an email notification when your partner publishes a Management Update. Users can view the responses sent by their Partners and also download the attached documents.
Navigating from Email
You can navigate to the Issue by clicking on the View Issue button from email as shown above. This will open the Issue Details page.
Alternatively, you can also navigate to the issue from the Issue Details screen in Issues module.
2. Within the Issue detail pane, click on the Management Updates link under the External tab.
3. Here, you can view all the updates published by your partner along with the attached documents. Each update also includes the partner name with the date and time stamp of when it was published.
