The Issues Management Dashboard gives an overview of all the Issues by Status, Severity and Created or Published date in the form of widgets for your company. The Dashboard screen allows you to apply various filters, drill down into granular data, export your widgets and more.
Note: Only Issues Administrators have access to the Issues Management Dashboard.

Navigating to the Issues Management Dashboard
1. Navigate to the Issues module and click on the Dashboard tab as shown above. This will bring up the Issues Dashboard.
Viewing the Issues Dashboard
You can view the Issue details in the form of widgets. You have the option to click on the Counters to view all the details of that counter. For instance, clicking on the number of Active Issues will display all the issues that are currently active.
Note: Users can view dates formatted according to their local time in the Issues Dashboard once the time zone is set under the user's profile from the "My Profile" screen.
Interacting with CENTRL's Dashboard and Reports
Each Dashboard gives an overview of the relevant information pertaining to the module you are viewing.
