CENTRL's Assessments module allows users to map question responses to attributes, providing more efficiency in harvesting responses. The Map Answer functionality can be found in the Edit Screen when the questionnaire is in Draft status.
Note: Users can map answers to Contact for more than one question.
This feature allows users to map Contact attributes to specific questions in a questionnaire. When your partner submits back the questionnaire, you can automatically populate the contact attributes based on the responses.
Note: By default, questions mapped to Contact will select the Entity answer type.
Navigating to Manage Questionnaires
1. Navigate to Manage Questionnaires from the Assessments module and click on the questionnaire you wish to edit.
Note: You can map answers to attribute only when a Questionnaire is in Draft status.
2. Click on the question for which you wish to enable mapping.
3. Click on the Toggle switch to enable mapping for that specific question.
4. Click on the Contact option to map answers to Contact.
Note: Within the Answer type box, options will display all standard attributes as well as enabled custom contact attributes added by your System Admin.
You have the option to select more Contact attributes if required. Click on the checkboxes against the field names and click on the Save button.
Note: "Email" is a mandatory field and will be selected by default since it is the only primary key attribute.
