When using the bulk import feature to add or update your Partner/Vendor, Product, and Contact records, you do not need to wait around for the import to finish. Particularly if you are importing a large amount of data, it is recommended that you attend to your other work, and return to view the results of the import when notified of its completion.
To that end, CENTRL provides System Admins with a log of each import they have initiated. In addition to the import metadata (start time, completion time, status, etc.), the import log provides a link to the uploaded import file as well as a detailed row-by-row list of any errors found in the uploaded data. If any errors are found, you can use the provided details to resolve the issues and re-upload.
Navigating to Import Logs
System Administrators managing Partner data can access the import logs from the below three modules:
From the System Admin Module
1. Navigate to the Partners screen from the System Admin Module, and click on the 3 dots as shown above to select the Import Logs option.
From the Partner Space module
2. Navigate to the Partner Space module as shown above, and click on the 3 dots to select the Import Logs option.
From Inbox Module
3. Navigate to the Inbox module and click on the 3 dots on the Partner Widget to select the Import Logs option.
